1/ Due to the specific creativity way, you need to purchase our products in advance. We will need at least 3 business days to create the product. During busy periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Valentine’s Day etc. we recommend to place the order AT LEAST 5 WORKING DAYS earlier to avoid disappointment and to ensure complete satisfaction and fulfilment of delivery
2/ If you make a bank transfer, keep in mind that it will take 2-3 days until the fee amount clears in our bank account. Make sure you send us a message about your payment/Ref number so will be able to start working on your product.
3/ To avoid the disappointment of not arriving the item on time, please take into account the delivery time, which usually is 3 to 5 business day depends on the destination. This time does not include in our order processing times
4/ If you need the order to be rushed, please send us a message first.
5/ Orders before 12:00 pm Friday will be processed on the next business day (unless a public holiday coincides). Orders received over the weekends will be proceed the following week.
6/ Should you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order to discuss your changes. We will, in any case, try our best. However, we will refund your account less a $3 administrative fee ONLY IF notice is received by us within 24 . Cancellations after this time are subject to charge at 50% of the total product value. We are unable to change or cancel orders that are already completed and are with an courier for delivery. We do not do refunds for orders that have been shipped and subsequently cancelled.
Furthermore, due to demand and availability of the materials, if we are not able to provide a particular product, we will be able to substitute the product or a part of it with one of equal value. We will be in contact with you to customise your choice.
