The delivery to the Greater Springfield area QLD 4300 is free. Our normal delivery days are Monday to Friday. However, we may deliver over the weekends, outside of business hours for functions, for special days with prior arrangement. Please contact us to arrange a time which is suitable for both parties.
Australia Post
We use Australia Post as a 3rd party courier companies and will make every effort to deliver products on your scheduled delivery date. However occasionally delays are out of our control. We do not accept responsibility for 3rd party courier delays and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Shipping is available Monday to Friday according to the Australia Post schedule. Unfortunately, deliveries are not available on Weekends and Public Holidays by Australia Post. Make sure that shipping process does not include the order processing time.
Shipping charges are per item. However, large orders for the same address we will charge less. Please contact us to discuss these charges prior to place your order. Unfortunately, overseas shipping is not available.
Change of delivery address
You can change your delivery address prior to ship the items with our courier for delivery. Please notify us immediately should you have to make any changes to your order. Regretfully, once shipping has been made at the original address provided, we cannot resend to a new address. Once your order is on the route for delivery, changes cannot be made. However we will be able to provide a tracking number so you can contact Australia Post if any changes.
Wrong delivery address
We cannot accept responsibility if you have given us a wrong or incomplete delivery address or if the access to the address is impossible. Please be especially careful when providing delivery details. The more information you can provide the better! We will attempt to find the correct address by contacting you immediately.
